Gave me the feeling you were very on top of things that needed to be done, or followed up on (good because I was 300 miles away). Definitely figured out what I was looking for. Good knowledge of the area, neighborhoods and how real estate works. good communication was the most important part of a long-distance house purchase. You were patient, even when we weren't sure what we wanted (new, resale, close commute, far commute on more property), which could not have been easy. You listened to us and didn't try to oversell us, didn't show us houses that were out of our price range. We've had realtors show us stuff that was 20-30% more than what we were willing to spend, on major roads when we specifically said we didn't want a major road, etc. It's really nice working with someone who listens and hears what we say.
